The app starts a local server on your iPhone, iPad or Mac: any device on the same WiFi network (PC, tablet, smart TV with a browser) can access all your content simply by opening the browser and entering the IP address shown in the app. No extra installation required.

Yes. Kaino Play uses an encrypted SQLite database on your devices. It never collects personal or identifying data. Only anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data are sent (to fix bugs and improve performance). For the AI assistant, a popup is shown on first use asking whether to enable personalized suggestions based on your content — this feature is entirely optional and consent can be toggled at any time from the app settings. No data leaves your devices for profiling or advertising purposes.
