By using Kaino Play ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Kaino Play is a media player that helps users organize and play personal content. The App supports playlist formats such as M3U, Xtream Codes API and Stalker Portal.
Important: Kaino Play is only a player. We do not provide, sell or distribute content, IPTV services or playlists, and we are not affiliated with any such providers.
Note: Use of the App is also governed by Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA). Read the EULA.

Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data only to provide App functionality.
The App, its design, code, trademarks and original content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute without authorization.
Some features require a Premium subscription. Payments are handled by Apple under App Store terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
